-  Testing:

• Compose automated API test cases, and Web test cases.

- Testing team management:

• As one of the 3 admins for company AWS accounts. Manage our cloud resources for the testing team.
• Leads a team with both automated api testing and manual testing resources for each release cycle.
• Orchestrate human resource allocation and testing strategy.

- Project release planning:

• Define release plans for the entire tech team to coordinate the schedule of product design, development, testing, and deployment to organise the team.
• Define the process before/ after deploying to production to minimise production issues with a fallback plan.
• Introduce release note practice to record all the releasing content and exercised activity in every release cycle.

- CI/CD structure and setup:

• Organise the dev team's requirements and setup CI/CD procedure for the team.
• All pipelines are integrated with Slack to reinforce team response speed.
• Setup testing component into the CI/CD to make sure the code base is always tested for each version.
• Setup Mobile App CI/CD by Bitrise. And integrate it with Slack to distribute the latest build to all test devices.

- Test infrastructure design/enhancement:

• Implementing a cloud based automation test case runner, testers can customise parameters from Google sheets (test code repository branch, test environments, test run coverage, thread counts, test client geographic origin and other features) and send test reports by email or Slack messages.
• Create a test server to centralise contacts(forward Twilio sms message to the database,  host a test email domain and forward all the email that had been sent to that domain) and other features.

- Company BI system:

• Design and implement an automatic ad-hoc BI report based on current system database and distribute it to C-level staff.
• Reinforce the above BI structure with Data Analysis tools (AWS Glue, Athena, GCP BigQuery Data Studio) for further visualisation.

-- Over the year, I have deployed 3 products to Production environment. 2 of them are external products.
