Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening store brands that have high standards and outstanding
- Make sure the garments in the store follow the guidelines and grasp the customer's behavior when shopping.
- Training sales about the customer's behavior and the nature of garments.
- Follow up the Visual Identity through implementation of the Commercial Handbook and secure well-styled mannequins in windows and in stores and make sure garment presentation is in line with the concept.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Perform sales follow-up and initiate actions to reach sales targets.
- Share information with the team on commercial handbook changes and continue to evaluate throughout the season.
- Provide updates of all VM information equipment in the store.
- Ensure that the store always has enough sales and activity equipment.

- Open a new Danang store with my team and get more experience of how to manage the new members in a team to set up and run the new store at a high standard.
