SuccessFrom Zero experience with Woodpellet at the beginning, reached to manager position after seven months. I have achieved the following results:

  • No shipments were penalized for late delivery. The total dispatch was $57,890.00 USD/10 shipment
  • There was no loss in the volume of total exported cargo. On average, each shipment had a surplus of 50-100 tons of goods.
  • No ships were penalized for poor quality. On average, each ship received a bonus of $1-3/ton x total weight of goods exported.

Main work:

  • Sourcing for the domestic cargo (finding new suppliers, keep relationship with old suppliers...). 
  • Person in charge of import spare parts & export cargo activities: arrange the contract, customs documents, arrange transportation, vessel schedule, shipping & commercial documents... and other related parties to loading cargo onto vessel & export to buyer.
  • Leader of QC team (12 heads) and warehouse, make sure cargo can meet the specification of buyer.
