• Hands-on management and maintenance of all aspects of home and property.
• Vet and establish relationships with multiple vendors and day laborers.
• Provide daily, year-round security.
• Available 24/7 for emergencies during family/quest visits to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Prepare home and maintain fully landscaped areas in guest-ready condition for owner and guest use.
