Caylee Grenz

Dental Assistant and US Army Veteran

The recipient of a general associate's degree from Central Texas College, Caylee Grenz graduated from the school in 2013 and later attended Brightwood College, where she earned certification as a dental assistant. She also obtained a radiology license and completed certificates in CPR, coronal polishing, infection control, pit and fissure sealants, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act knowledge. Caylee Grenz began working as a registered dental assistant at a family dentistry practice in 2015.

Caylee Grenz served 3 years in this capacity, during which time she was responsible for preparing rooms for patients and performing X-rays. She also provided chairside assistance to dentists in procedures such as crown and bridge preparation, extractions, implants, and composite and amalgam fillings. In addition to her work at the Fairoaks, California-based practice, she volunteered as a dental assistant at the annual Cal Expo.

Ms. Grenz is a US Army veteran and has attended several events in this capacity at Mather VA hospitals. Her hobbies include journaling and artistic pursuits such as card making. She regularly attends art classes at Michaels and Hobby Lobby.
