碩士論文 – 台中鐵路高架化沿線地區零售業分布變化之研究
摘要：
運輸設施在都市基盤設施中是最為重要的一項，公共運輸可以為一座城市當地帶來人潮、產業的發展。批發及零售業在都市空間中扮演相當重要的角色，增強市民之間的社會、經濟交流。許多研究顯示都市網絡結構會影響零售業的區位。故本研究探討街道網絡的空間配置是否會影響台中地區的土地使用分布，為都市資源分配最佳化、促進土地合理使用。
- 使用GIS軟體建立環域分析範圍的地理圖資資料
- 依時間序列探討產業空間分布變化、交通路網分析
- 據此建立空間影響模型，說明指標間的線性關係。
空間分布分析
【批發零售業熱點分析】
以左1圖為例，建立圖層、資料庫後，運用ArcGis進行熱點分析，以視覺化方式說明批發零售業生產總額在高架化鐵路沿線5公里環域內之空間分布現象。
【交通路網分析】
以空間型構法則為理論基礎，使用DepthmapX進行路網分析，將數值回匯至ArcMap，藉此呈現該年交通路網之空間結構情形。 以左2圖為例，紅色區塊為交通便捷程度最高的區域。
空間影響模型
【105年度5公里環域】
空間影響模型用意為在不同的地理尺度範圍中找出空間型構指標與產業間之線性關係，據此探討控制變項中哪種指標影響產業較大。
空間資料分析 – 台灣空氣品質（2016~2021）
運用Python的資料處理、資料分析套件，作資料清理、資料處理，以及進一步的視覺化呈現、資料分析。
