快速開發的環境下，密切地與同事及組員確認規格，不斷試著改善視覺的統一性及實用性，也與組員確認錯誤重現步驟修復回報，跨部門討論技術上執行困難點，獲予回饋後再進行修正調整完成App的開發流程，並得團隊歸屬感及成就感。

【 轉職歷程 】
畢業後第一年擔任3D美術設計師，但後來發現自己對成功解決事情特別有成就感，因此讓我跨進UIUX的領域。自己本身也想試著走進不同產業增加自己的知識廣度與深度。在這轉職的期間，克服了對新技術的恐懼，並從中學會如何釐清程式邏輯、網頁切版、流程圖繪製和設計思考等技術。也學到與工程師合作，共同解決開發上的問題，並使整個專案能順利完成。

【 挑戰自我，學習新技能 】
雖然是從3D美術設計轉職成為UIUX設計師，但相信未來的職涯會遇到更多挑戰，需要透過不斷的學習和經驗累積來應對。平時會學習JavaScript、CSS3、HTML5等相關觀念來加強響應式網頁設計和視覺呈現，也常閱讀設計文章來提升自己的設計思維。目標是提高團隊效率，成為一名能克服任何困難的設計師。

畢業後第一年擔任3D美術設計師，但後來發現自己對成功解決事情特別有成就感，因此讓我跨進UIUX的領域。自己本身也想試著走進不同產業增加自己的知識廣度與深度。在這轉職的期間，克服了對新技術的恐懼，並從中學會如何釐清程式邏輯、網頁切版、流程圖繪製和設計思考等技術。也學到與工程師合作，共同解決開發上的問題，並使整個專案能順利完成。

【 挑戰自我，學習新技能 】
雖然是從3D美術設計轉職成為UIUX設計師，但相信未來的職涯會遇到更多挑戰，需要透過不斷的學習和經驗累積來應對。平時會學習JavaScript、CSS3、HTML5等相關觀念來加強響應式網頁設計和視覺呈現，也常閱讀設計文章來提升自己的設計思維。目標是提高團隊效率，成為一名能克服任何困難的設計師。
