輔仁大學, 公關秘書, Apr 2017 ~ 現在

目前於輔仁大學公關室工作。除了協助學校對外媒體的應對，主要負責從輔大畢業的22萬廣大校友，組織並管理全球47個校友會、四大校友總會。組織運作最重要的是興趣與耐心，我從小就有一顆服務人群的心，因此負責校友會可說是得心應手。
工作包含各項校友會活動之規劃、各種會議及活動之策劃，從構想到行銷、宣傳，使每一項活動都能圓滿達成。而每一次的策劃都讓我增進了活動的企劃力，讓我更注重事情的細節、安排及流暢度，除此之外，也讓我能更圓融的面對不同的人與事。這份工作給我的不止是表面上所看到的工作能力，最大的成就在於認識許多各行各業的校友們並建立情感，從無到有的過程著實是筆墨難以形容的。

龍億股份有限公司, 國外業務, Apr 2016 ~ Apr 2017

第二份工作是在腳踏車零件公司，擔任業務。負責公司全球各地的接洽及銷售，每天都要接觸許多來自不同國家的客戶及貿易商。工作中除了英文能力，也提升了溝通及細心度。同時也學習到許多業務及國貿的交易、報關流程及細節，以及如何替公司爭取到最高利潤，並擔任客戶及工廠的橋樑，確保訂單能順利圓滿。積極認真的態度受到主管賞識，得到短期外派的訓練機會。與公司一同學習成長，同時也使自己更具國際觀。

瑞奇科技有限公司, 企劃秘書, Oct 2015 ~ Apr 2016

我的第一份工作於科技公司擔任專案管理及企劃秘書。負責開發客戶並與客戶溝通，了解並依其需求撰寫企劃，申請政府補助款。以及幫助客戶準備於公部門面試的資料，包含簡報製作與沙盤推演。工作中與顧客建立良好關係，同時訓練說話的技巧，以及點子的發想與組織力。曾多次拿下公司業績冠軍，並獲得獎勵與表揚。

My name is Chieh-Yu,Lin. An easy-going and extrovert individual, who holds a philosophy degree.Capable of planning overseas trips and get along well with all kinds of people. 

I’ve been working for 5 years. Before my current job I’ve worked as project manager, international sales. Those experiences taught me a lot. My highly organized , efficient and my positive work attitude made my boss and customers recognized me. 

I’ve been working for 3 years for the office of public relations in fu Jen Catholic university. I support worldwide alumni association. In my position, it’s absolutely essential to arrange meetings, plan events to bring them closer and increase the connection between the university and alumni. This brings me another level of my work experience. Job itself is not that difficult but bond with worldwide alumni is the most precious part in this job. 

From those jobs, trained me an experienced product manager, sales, and secretary. I’m Having good and extensive social connections. I am also highly self-motivated. Once the goal is set, nothing stops me to make things work.
