- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve 100+ issues per year
- Cooperate with R&D and PM team to clarify customer issues

- Narrow down the problem through problem analysis and replicate the problem in the Lab.
- Prepare a solution or workaround in collaboration with R&D and SI.
- Guild SI to complete installation, and configuration in the customer solution environment.
- Coordinating resources between different departments, such as PM and RD teams to escalate customer issues to provide timely feedback to customers.
