Autobiography

1.Family Background

My name is Alan Chao. I was a typical country boy who grew up in Kaohsiung. There are four people in my family. My mother is the owner of a Chinese Herbal medicine store. My elder sister works in an electronics company in Kaohsiung. My elder  brother and I are very close and I learn a lot from him.

2.Personal interest

I play sports since I was little. When I studied at elementary school, I was very good at swimming. I played table tennis and was a member of school team. These exercises not only strengthened my body but also improved my concentration and reaction. I played basketball from junior high school and kept practicing it until university. Now, I enjoy traveling, singing, and watching movie. 

3.Education

I started using computer in high school and then became interested in it. I gained great confidence by solving many computer problems. Because of my interest at computer, I decided to major in MIS at university. In order to strengthen my computer and business knowledge, I applied, and was admitted, to NCTU Institute of Information Management. In addition to learning, I also know a lot of good friends from other company. It is very helpful for my future collection of information and finds reference templates.

4.Work Experience

My first job was at Powerchip Semiconductor Corp(PSC). And I had worked there for seven years. I was lucky to meet quite a few mentors in the company and had learned, for example, good working attitude, technical competencies and how to do things quickly with good quality from them. My main job at PSC was to help manufacturing department do production forecast and management by providing a real time manufacturing information. We create PSC first production warehouse. My team and I achieved the target  all the time. I was very much delighted and fulfilled with this job.

My second job was at VisEra.And I had worked there for six years. I was a team leader to lead most 4 members.The scope were Data Warehouse, B2B, Workflow, BI and  Reporting system.In Packing Center Project,I was ERP WIP module SA/SD.And I was concurrent AP team Oracle DBA.In addition to IT professional, I have the ability to use Ford8D method to improve IT system, and won the first of company CIT competition. In 2010, on behalf of the company participating in the unity circle competition final award to get the excellence award.In 2012, won the unity circle silver prize award.

I am now working in Taiflex for 2 and half year.Project Job, I am the CRM Project IT PM.And Sustain jobs include ERP Sales model, Marketing Sharing system, Sales Forecast system.

5.Career Plan

I believe one can get most by working hard. A work with great challenge will enrich my working experience and bring out my best. I would like to thank you for your time in reading my resume.
