Data Scientist, Data Team Lead
As a data scientist with over 8 years of experience and a leader of a data team, I have consistently applied scientific methods to optimize and standardize the business decision-making process. My pursuit extends beyond the identity of a data scientist; I am a professional dedicated to exploring knowledge and creating shared value for business.
Over the past four years, starting from business analytics, statistics, machine learning modeling, to causal inference, I have successfully built a framework suitable for continuous iteration. I firmly believe that teamwork and passion are key to allowing team members to fully realize their potential in a harmonious environment. Equally important to achieving team goals, as a leader, I hold the responsibility to promote the professional development of team members and take pride in their growth.
Throughout my career, I have proven my exceptional skills in project management, team leadership, and cross-departmental communication. The data team I lead has made significant contributions to driving business growth and process optimization, playing a crucial role in utilizing data-driven decision-making. I am passionate about uncovering the stories behind data and transforming them into strategies that boost business efficacy.
I look forward to demonstrating my leadership talents in an environment filled with challenges and opportunities, and to contribute my extensive expertise in causal analysis and data-driven decision-making to your company, bringing innovation and value. I am confident that through teamwork and innovative thinking, we can collectively face challenges and drive sustained business growth and success.

I continuously learn with new methods at work, but I believe it's important to create an environment for ongoing learning outside of work as well. Therefore, I chose to enroll in a in-service master's program. This has provided me the opportunity to interact with professionals from various fields, gaining diverse perspectives on data science, and allowing me to delve deeper into data science in my spare time.

I did not complete my degree. At the beginning of my senior year, I came across a research project on AED (Automated External Defibrillator) geographic location studies being conducted in a laboratory. At that time, I decided to temporarily pause my studies, but joined the same university as a Research Assistant to pursue research that interested me.
"Statistical Analysis of Imported Food Inspection Frequency, 2017-2019." Taiwan Food and Drug Administration in collaboration with Heading Law Firm.
This study focused on analyzing the frequency of border inspections for imported foods between 2017 and 2019. The research entailed a comprehensive investigation into the food safety risks associated with various types of imported foods, and it critically examined and highlighted flaws in the existing sampling methods, as documented in the reports.
