• Rebuilt the customer business consensus, clarified the administrative disputes, revised the contract and restarted the signing, and recovered the arrears of more than 4 million NTD.

• Launched 200+ STEAM courses, and planned the branding to increase the gross profit margin of teaching materials by 62%, and made Kojen English and Tzu Chi Education Foundation become channel partners.
