Played an active role in pre-sales process, solution design and development, and system implementation in many successful projects. Collaborated closely with technical partners and other teams, including R&D, QA, system engineering, sales, and business operations. Accomplishments include:

- Led various media asset management solution designs and implementations for Fox International Channels (FIC), including Mundo Fox in L.A., FIC Italy, FIC Spain, FIC UK, and FIC Bulgaria.
- Managed multi-system integration projects which provided an end-to-end global content distribution solution for National Geographic Channels in Washington, D.C. and Ministry of Culture and Information in Riyadh.
- Delivered on-site technical consultancy services to media enterprises, including the Fox Broadcasting Company in L.A., TVB in Hong Kong, FIC Europe and US.
- Held technical trainings, presentations, reference case studies for internal staffs and global partners, including Cisco, Dell, and EMC/Isilon, as well as regional system integrators and resellers.
- Provided technical documentation for products and solutions, including datasheets, user manuals, and workflow diagrams.
- Promoted Gorilla’s products and solutions at trade shows, including the National Association of Broadcasters in Las Vegas (2011-2013) and the International Broadcast Convention in Amsterdam (2011-2012).
