Traveling is such a great and unique experience. A lot of people want to get their traveling in before the start working since it is more difficult to find the time. Though it does seem hard to travel in college due to the lack of funds, there are some ways to be able to take trips.
Recovering From Injuries: Wrist Sprains
Another common ligament injury is a wrist sprain. The ligaments connect between bones in the wrist and sprains can range from strains to partial tears. The most common ligaments to be injured are the scapholunate and the triangular fibrocartilage complex. The sprains will develop swelling and pain, especially with the motion of the wrist. This can prevent football players from throwing, catching, and even running. Once your doctors give the diagnosis, it is time for the recovery process.

The most common knee injury is tearing the ACL. Typically athletes get surgery once they tear their ligaments to repair them, either by using a cadaver or apart of another tendon or muscle.
