I am Dennis, I graduated from Ming Chuan University in Taipei, Taiwan. I am major in International Business and Trade, minoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Currently, I am studying Master of Business and Management at Tamkang University, on my second year. I will be graduating on June 2023. I have an interest in inside sales, international trade, Operation Management and digital marketing. I am fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, Chinese, and Jawa (Indonesia Local Language). I have internship in Taiwan during my university year. My goal are to gain more experience in the work environment while also contributing to the company. My job here is to ensure that the flow of goods and logistics inside the company, so
it can arrive at the customer on time and safely.
Secondly, also doing a routine checkup on the quality and expiry of our products
twice a month. While also, inspect, and maintain the quality and standard of
products. I am also responsible for ensuring the company's reputation is not
damaged due to defective products or inferior manufacturing processes. This can
be done by detecting and resolving the problem early on, and returning the product
to our supplier.
My job here is to sell the company products which is Cellphone and Laptop (credit) to Indonesian and Philippines customers. Our company mainly focus on B2C market. Since, this company mainly target is a customer that want to credit the product, So as the sales representatives i have to get a customer that willing to pay the longest credit.
My work here is to make a video of a product and go live on Facebook. The purpose is to boost the sales and give information to the customer about the current promotion and product
Attract and maintain our potential customer and answer customer question about the product and services.
Establish interesting event during the camping and manage it so that the camping go smoothly
