Practicing in the greater Jacksonville area, Florida physician Dr. Richaerd Delacruz treats patients with the Orange Park Medical Center (OPMC), Memorial Hospital, and Injury Care Centers. Dr. Delacruz’s military accomplishments have earned him multiple honors including a Joint Services Commendation Medal and a Naval and Marine Corp Commendation Medal with three gold stars.
