Practicing in the greater Jacksonville area, Florida physician Dr. Richaerd Delacruz treats patients with the Orange Park Medical Center (OPMC), Memorial Hospital, and Injury Care Centers. He also has an extensive history of public service, directing medical activities for the Clay County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team from 2005 to 2015 and performing medical services as a member of the United States Navy from 1987 to 2002. Dr. Delacruz’s military accomplishments have earned him multiple honors including a Joint Services Commendation Medal and a Naval and Marine Corp Commendation Medal with three gold stars.
