Product Planning Engineer                                                                           

• Improved the cycle time of the product by adopting the PDCA method to constantly plan the production schedule with production parameters analysis from 35 days to 25 days,  increasing 41% capacity per year
• Optimized the machine and man-power allocations to the planned production schedule with good logical thinking and result simulation skills in production processes, achieving the daily production targets
• Solved the bottlenecks occurred in operation by rearranging the priority of the products production through well communicating and coordinating with sales and production management teams to avoid disrupting production lines, ensuring most of the delivery time on schedule
• Analyzed the machine production process and cycle time of the product, using production management to improve dispatch and production mode. Also as a team player with engineers from different departments, reducing machine process time, resulting in the OEE 75% to 80%
