  2. 自定義多樣性測度監督集成學習,並在固定集成模型預測能力下,減少所需組成模型數量,減少運算成本。

概述以組成模型對資料預測正確與否作為伯努利隨機變數,計算給定數量組成模型之各個伯努利隨機變數所構成隨機向量之機率質量函數,以此為根基建構能夠描述集成模型預測正確率、組成模型個別預測正確率、組成模型間多樣性之因子。其中,因子與充分統計量概念相近,蘊含描述前述三者之所需資訊。以下為主要研究成果:

  1. 證明多樣性測度無法監督集成學習(蘊含資訊量不足、自由度限制不足)。
