Ferdy Afrizal

Hey, my name is Ferdy Aprizal but people usualy call me Ferdy. The last few experiences that have built my capabilities, since the first semester i started joining a several organization organizations, let's said psychology development international organization that I already joined until now. I started there as a staff of management trainee and right now I get trust to being the president in this internal LSO. As a president i have a responsible to lead organizational and member management, Coordinate with LSO supervisors, Monitoring the performance of each division, Making decisions regarding work programs and organizational activities, coordinate with the heads of each division. Outside campus life etc, I also join and try to expand my self development in the external sector. Let's say one of the unexpected recent experience, where I was successfully awarded to be one of the awardees of beswan djarum 2021,  that offered not only the amount of money,  but then also the soft skill exclusive training that they afford my current activity right now, beside having a life as a psychology student i also an intern in one of entertainment company where my role there as partnership associate.
