Frank Costanzo is the Chief of School Operations for Norwalk's 20 public schools comprised of approximately 11,700 students. For Frank, good education is only possible when it's paired with good leadership - something that he strives to embody in every area of his life. Frank's work has primarily consisted of transforming existing urban school systems into places that flourish under the hand of love, guidance, and community cohesion.
Frank has a bachelor’s degree in history from Quinnipiac University, a rich educational journey that would see him through a Master’s of Arts in Teaching from Brown University, a Master’s of Education in Education Leadership from Harvard University, and finally a Doctor’s of Education in Organization and Leadership from Columbia University.

Responsible for district school security, transportation, enrollment, school governance councils
Spearhead Leadership Talent Initiatives including the NPS Leadership Pipeline Advise and support in labor contract negotiations, facilities master planning
Led 650 student inter-district magnet high school
Responsible for notable student achievement outcomes in a variety of indicators
