He received his Bachelor's Degree from King Saud University, where he majored in Financial Management. He then entered the workforce, launching his career at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. It was there that he was exposed to the deeper understanding of financial analysis. Discovering that he wanted to gain even more exposure to strategy and a more competitive advantage among colleagues, Hani Alsaleh decided to get his MBA from Babson College. This institute is highly recognized for their leadership and entrepreneurial programs. For the past 15 years, Hani Alsaleh has been involved in his family’s business. He began his journey by getting his hands dirty. Some of his initial involvement included; strategy, turnarounds, spinouts, growth, decline, profits, losses, JVs, boards, and the overall roller-coaster of managing a family business. In addition to operating Arabian Hala, Hani Alsaleh also sits on the board of other companies in Riyadh. From a bottled water company to automotive businesses, Hani has gained a great deal of knowledge from the boards that he sits on. For two companies, NOVA (Health Water Bottling co.) and Tire Service Center Co., Hani is the Director of the Board.
