Autobiography

  I possess proficient communication skills in English and a passion for learning new things. During my university years, I majored in Spanish and have since actively maintained my English vocabulary and communication skills. Additionally, I have joined the exchange program abroad, further improving my language proficiency. I believe my language abilities will enable me to communicate and collaborate effectively with international clients and colleagues.

  In my previous role as a QA, I was responsible for cross-department communication, feedback collection, test planning, and resolving communication issues between different departments. I held regular meetings with the team to understand product development progress and issues while also communicating product problems and optimization suggestions to the development department and clients. In this position, I not only learned the importance of cross-department communication but also improved problem-solving and self-management skills. Additionally, I acted as a proxy for three testing team members and gained rich experience in leadership and collaboration.

  Furthermore, I served as the vice-captain of the basketball team during my university years. As a leader, I learned how to contribute to the team, work with others, and developed my leadership and organizational skills through sports activities. These experiences and skills will be very useful for any circumstances.
