At  Senayan City, i work to monitor and control all operation of mall, office tower and residences to going well. And also as person who manage signage at all area.

  My role and responsibility:  
- Monitoring and maintaining all operation of mall, office tower and residences to make sure all operation of building going well.
- Planning, create and manage all signage at mall, office tower and residence.
- Monitoring and maintaining common area, facilities, exhibition area, ballroom, vaccant unit and storage.
- Monitoring, handle complaint of common facilities and solved the problems.
- Provide and control all healthy & safety protocol at all area. 
- Coordinate with other department to prepare and make sure the exhibition area is well prepared before used by exhibitor
- Control and check area during exhibition and after the exhibition ends. 
- Manage the crowd and customer queing line.
- Analyze traffic mall (customer, car, valet and motor,cycle) with people counting system.
- Control and maintain all inventory and asset (banquet asset, apartment asset and promotion tools).
