I come from the world of curiosity, business, and design—highly interested in projects consisting of both conceptual and analytical thinking. I regularly explore compelling visual narrative through telling rich, purposeful, and engaging stories which continually draw out value-driven journeys that spark interest and create a genuine connection with the audience across every touch-point.
With over 10 years of experience, I am looking for a new adventure to work with visionary, progressive brands that are willing to take a bit of creative risk.

"A veritable “Swiss-army knife” of skills and natural talent is the best way in which I can describe Inna. She’s always brought all of that with her on the myriad of projects that we’ve worked on together over the years. A keen sense for design, business savvy and enthusiasm make her an invaluable asset to any creative endeavor. "
-- Chris Cassanello, Creative Director 2017
Concepts + Creative Strategy—
Conceptualize iterative high-level but executable ideas for the brand, marketing, video, product, and web. Determine creative strategy based on project scope and deliverables through a goal specific and definitive framework producing high-performance results.
Art Direction + Design— As a creative thinker, I epitomize abstract thought process and apply psychology of visual perception when transforming the creative vision to projects requiring art direction. I excel at co-creation with various teams and design disciplines, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout. With high attention to detail and big-picture thinking I fluidly facilitate the roll-out of visual brand identity and application, design systems, and digital assets across multiple channels and teams.
Business + Marketing— With a savvy background in business and marketing, I focus on drawing out valuable data points and applicable KPI to align creative vision with known metrics to reach the desired business and creative shared objective.
Communication + Leadership— Articulate concepts to business and designers in their native language to help reinforce mutual understanding of the project scope. Share feedback frequently with designers of varying skill sets and disciplines. With weekly 1-on-1s I focus on transparency and team morale.
