Acer Inc. is a globally recognized hardware, software, and services company. At Acer, my responsibilities include leading the development, launch, and ongoing management of the Earth Mission App, a mobile application dedicated to fostering environmentally-friendly habits. This innovative app provides:

- Daily green activity suggestions

- Challenges focused on reducing, reusing, and recycling

- A carbon footprint calculator to assess individual environmental impact

The Earth Mission App is built on the concept that it requires 21 days to establish a habit. Over this period, our users undertake a series of eco-conscious activities and challenges, fostering enduring green habits while also quantifying their personal impact on the environment.

Our dedicated project team consists of 9 professionals, including 3 Flutter engineers, 2 Golang engineers, 3 UI/UX designers, and 1 tester. Together, we’ve created a user-friendly and impactful app that aligns with Acer’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

Key accomplishments during my tenure include the successful launch of the app on various platforms and cultivating a growing user base committed to daily green activities. This initiative underlines Acer’s goal of contributing to a sustainable future.

eSobi Co., Ltd. is a professional design and software engineering agency. We help clients with end-to-end solutions for:
- Web projects
- Apps on both iOS and Android
- UI/UX design
- Code review
- ERP, and POS system solutions
- Project scope management
- Project risk management
- Human resources management

There are 13 members in our team, including 3 iOS engineers, 3 Android engineers, 2 front-end engineers, 1 artist, 1 QA, 1 PM, and 1 CTO. The price of the cases we've handled is about 3 to 20 million Taiwan dollars.
There are two cases worth mentioning. First, we've built an e-commerce platform that can handle instant traffic of up to 20000 people with multiple mixed actions. And secondly, we've built an ERP/CSM system for a really famous gym in Taiwan.

I was the only member to maintain an app that was once outsourced. This app is being used by Cathay's insurance agents to introduce and sell insurance contracts. I was responsible for the app maintenance (Swift, Objective-C, MySQL) and ensuring customers and staff could easily use the app:

App Team Leader  •  Wanxin Internet Information Co., Ltd.

Develop gaming apps that allow players to place bets on their promising soccer team, or place bets on the final correct score. Players get a chance to win prizes. I was responsible for:

I managed a team of 10 engineers. I was responsible for dealing with change requests that came from the major stakeholder. And I was also responsible for project schedule, quality, human resources, scope, and project backlog.

Developing game apps and platforms that allow players to place bets on games on the platform, such as poker and dice games. Players get a chance to win prizes. I was responsible for:

I managed a team of 15 engineers, 3 artists, and 3 planners. I was responsible for coaching team members running agile and Scrum when developing. And I'm also responsible for project scope, schedule, quality, risk, and project backlog.

I was the project manager for developing environment parameter sensor MFI dongles that can be connected to a user's smartphone and sync data via Bluetooth for adult toys that can be controlled by smartphones. My responsibilities included:
