I have short-term operations supervision at China Merchants Terminal(Hong Kong) in 2017.
The Mid-stream operation-this is a operation model in Hong Kong.
We changed the operating model to half Mid-stream operation in 2017 summer.
Our goal is to reach for more speed up and more efficiently, and so get a safe operating environment.

I am responsible for assisting NTOU interns to enter the workplace faster, arranging relevant courses and work in various departments, consulting and inspecting relevant internship daily reports.
I hope that the interns I teach will achieve better results in the future.

Because the stranding of TS TAIPEI caused the damage to our containers, but we just follow up the P&I CLUB's instruction to do what we should do.
