Personal Statement

My name is Kin-Kwan Lam, you can call me KK. I graduated from National Taiwan University in Taipei city in 2021. I hold a bachelor’s degree with a major in Applied Foreign Languages.. Now I live in Keelung. In college, I was the PR of Applied Foreign Language Student Association, holding over 3 events more than 300 people attended each semester. Furthermore, with my classmates, I had conducted our graduation project “The effectiveness of Evaluation Rubrics and Tutoring Sessions on Peer Evaluation of a Language MOOC” with the award of MOST research projects. I was responsible for project time arrangement, data collecting and analyzing. To get a higher position, I spend a lot of time at self-learning, like program language, data analysis, human resources and digital marketing. -Passion and work experience Through my passion for studying, I have joined the internship of activity coordination. And the event is about to hold a short-term project for 2 weeks for the IT company and the job I got is about digital market study and basic document management. Second,to finish the project, communicate with different departments became one of the most important part. And this also gave me a chance to pratice my communcatiion skills. In the end, we achieve a great profit and success of the project by having a better understand about the age and the favour of our user. After this project, I found out I enjoy communicating , finish the work as a team and learning something new. I believe with these statements, you can trust that I have great communication skills, love to work as a team and my passion of studying. -Career Planning   As a freshman, I am always in touch with different field and subjects. I do my best to learn about trends and technology in the other field. To expand my international vision. And to keep myself stay competitive. And even I am always learning about trends and technology in the other field, I have never forget how important to improve my english and also professional vocabulary. And I believe, that can help much in my career.   I hope I can gain more experience from this career to help me develop a different kind of view and skills. The reason I choose this company as my target is that I believe this company can help me to develop insight of the intentional market while gaining experience from the company. That gave me a quick start, to make me step one more forward before the others. That's why this job is important and great for me. For me, it's not only a job, it is a challenge for me.   And I believe that I can spend much more time on the research of my work, and I would love to develop different skills. I know I might not have enough working experience for the position. But I have to say I learn very quick and I have the passion of learning . Even in my spare time, I will keep learning by myself, To learn and gain much more knowledge while becoming one part of the company, so I hope that would be my chance. As a milestone. Recently, I start explore different fields. I have listed several books to read for self-enhancement, for example, the power of Input: How to Maximize Learning, and The SCRUM Field book in three to six months. With my willing-to-learn personality, I am sure that I will create more benefit to the team and improve with the company.
