I majored in Cognitive Psychology and graduated from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. I’m trained to understand the connection between human behavior and the motivation behind it using scientific methods, such as in-depth interviews, lab-based experiments, surveys, data analysis...etc., which gives me an advantage when it comes to knowing how/why people would behave.
During my work as a UX researcher, I’ve done several research cooperating with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. I’ve also been invited to hold a two-week UX workshop for college students at Kaohsiung Medical University. I’m passionate about finding what users really need and providing creative solutions. I am also a fast learner and a team player, and I’m sure I can make a contribution to the company with my profession as a Psychology-based UX researcher.
