" To assist Senior HSE Officer/Engineer at site in the successful implementation of safety policy at • To

increase health and satetv awareness at Proiects Site.

• To monitor the Health and Satetv Procedures & Programs at site.

• Report on Project's HSE matters to the HSE Engineer/Officer from time to time.

" Preparing daily, weekly/ monthly HSE reports as assigned by the Senior. • Conducting daily toolbox meeting prior to start of new activity / work.

• Monitor the implementation of the approved HSE Plan & Procedures.

" Assist in overseeing subcontractor's performance in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality and standards.

• Workplace Safety Inspections, Safety Surveys, Safety Tours.

• Provide workplace rehabilitation to injured workers.

" Implement the emergency Procedure and conduct the mock drills for the workers awareness in coordination with Safety officer.

" Implement the Permit to Work system (PTW) at site for the safe system of work.

" Carry out the inspections of emergency equipments like fire extinguishers monthly & kept them on the required location.

" Conduct site Inspections to determine and correct unsafe conditions. " Inspect scaffolding tagging system on a daily basis.

" Inspection of Rigging / Slinging, lifting tools and monitoring for safe Rigging operation of the Tower Cranes and other heavy machinery.

" Inspection and verifying the third party certifications of all kind of moving machinery at site and operators certifications.

" Checking and verifying the valid visas of the subcontractor's employees.

= MonItoring the site acuvities to prevent potential environmental nazaras

• Regular inspection of the worksite and giving proper directions to the employees regularly.

• Arrangement of fixing the fire protection equipments in the construction sites in proper ways.

 Provide toolbox talks to the workers and giving them safety instructions on the start of each new activity like work at height, excavation, hot work, Fall protection etc.

• Monitor heat stress, sanitation, and drinking water and Rest hall area facilities on site.(welfare)

• Identify occupational health and safety hazards and taking action to eliminate the hazards.

" Taking care of available PPE' and advising the proper usage for the required job.

Continuously monitor workers for exposure to health and safety hazardous conditions.

Take appropriate actions to mitigate or eliminate unsafe conditions.

Comply with standards and local regulations.

Immediately inform & document Near-miss, Incidents and Accidents reports
