Maintain and streamline HR system and closely work with the HR head to meet business and organizational growth needs. - Consult with managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, policies & procedures, terminations, review of appealed termination, reorganizations communication. - Administration procedure for salary calculation, annual tax, Labor & Health insurance and Group health insurance . ■ Others - Handle remotely the HR administration in Hong Kong.(ex: Health and legal insurance(MPF), staffing, resignation etc.) - Support internal referral program and coordinate the awardee list for payout monthly. - Support new southeastern business to build up HR systems
