Distributed Control System Paper Machine
Job Descriptions
* Ensuring that the paper-making process at Paper Machine 3 runs smoothly in terms of quality, and machine runnability.
* Monitor the results of the quality of the paper produced and make adjustments when there is a quality that does not meet the standard product specifications.
* Coordinate with the Stock Preparation & Color Kitchen section in adjusting the paper quality
* Calculating paper needs & production before changing grade & basis weight (BW)
* Preparate & setting to Start Up & Stop Machine.
* Look for abnormalities in the process and troubleshoot the problem.
* Adjusting the Loading Drive on the Dryer Part when the loading drive is high due to Condensate being
trapped in the Cylinder Dryer system.
* Write a daily report every shift.
