Rachel Jain's position as a Project Associate at AthenaHealth has her at the forefront of client interaction, implementation training, and troubleshooting. Athenahealth is a highly respected provider of services and apps for health systems and medical establishments. On the day-to-day, Rachel and her team manages projects coming down the pipeline, consulting on projects, training end-users on new software, and evaluating the performance of the new users.
As a member of the implementations team at Ingenious Med, Rachel Jain and her teammates worked on end-user training. That is, when a client (usually a hospital or clinic) purchased Ingenious Med's software, Rachel studied the needs of the company, prepared the rollout presentations and training seminars, and assisted in the go-live process when the company made the official switch from old to new programming. To keep the medical practice functioning without hitch, Rachel and her team studied the practice diligently to learn what the problems and inefficiencies the new software was purchased to solve, the key influencers within the company, and the best means of rolling out the new products.
Rachel Jain was the face and firepower of Kemp Orthodontics during her time as an office assistant in Nashville, TN. In this position, Rachel learned all the ins and outs of the business of orthodontia, from the patient-facing side to the medical techniques and preparation to the billing and paperwork.
Following her dreams of a career in the medical industry, Rachel attended the University of Georgia in Athens from 2010 until 2014 where she majored in Biology and took courses in mathematics, chemistry, biochemistry, genetics, physiology, and more. While there, Rachel pledged Kappa Delta Sorority Inc. and is a proud sister to this day. In addition to her coursework in the biological sciences, Rachel volunteered with the campus Red Cross office and Relay for Life, collecting funds for individuals battling cancer and encouraging fellow students to participate in campus blood drives.
