4. 專案管理(PM)， 在(網站後台管理系統)這個專案中，我第一次擔任了PM的角色與部分後端功能開發，除了交付日期的嚴格掌控外，面對業主的需求與開發團隊執行面的難易度如何協調，還有在審視開發團隊交付出來的成品，以使用者的角度出發來審視這個產品，這次除了學到更多溝通與協調的經驗外，也再度提醒自己，在開發app或者是API時，要從使用者角度(使用者/串接API的人)來思考這樣設計出來的東西好不好用。
