Dear hiring managers:

My name is Sam. I have been working in PTI WLP bumping site as an integrate engineer more than five years. Now my main duty is responsible for supporting customer’s questionnaire, requirement and prepare customer’s audit items including process flow, SPC and inline tour introduction. Also need to do yield analysis and output report to customer, and regular provide CIP plan for process improvements.

And need handle the VOC, RMA or CAR case then present and provide report to customer. At the first 4 years in PTI, I had experience for inspection and SEM, it is helpful for me to do FA analysis, root cause mechanism then can provide correction advise efficiently to process team. 

When I was in defect team, I am the tool owner which include 4 different type and total have around 30 pcs machines. I need to set up general rules to make sure the recipe consistency, also need to improve the recipe or hardware issue by monitoring metrology data in SPC chart. 

And using defect mode to write judgment    SOP for production line to follow up.

Summary my career, I think I have excellent observation and can connect them in every projects then make me understand rapidly. Also willing to do coordinate role to solve every case I meet. And I always have curious on any events in my job, it is the strong power for me to get the result . In the future, if have opportunity I will take this advantage and do my best in new job.
