SoundOn 您好，我是賴淇翔。「沒有做不到的事，只有尚未想到的辦法」是我始終相信的信念。

大學時我發現自己喜歡創意發想相關的職務。創意發想總需要時間與耐心的雕琢，主動翻閱書籍或和夥伴互相討論來構思新點子是我最喜歡的環節，每當想法成形所開拓出更多可能性的成就感更令我滿足。 

「我的老台北」、「那些你不敢跟老闆說的事」皆是平常喜歡收聽的SoundOn原創節目。本身是個不折不扣的Podcast愛好者，享受健身、通勤、做家事時收聽Podcast持續學習新知識的愉悅。平台上各式各樣的節目與觀點，總能找到最適合當下狀態所收聽的節目。相較影音媒體過多視覺上的刺激與干擾，Podcast以聲音作為訊息傳遞主軸的方式，讓我更能專注於創作者分享的內容。

「溫柔的與他人溝通」及「商業與溫度兼具的發想」是任職新光三越A8館行銷最深的體悟。百貨龐大的體系仰賴各部門間的相互合作，此經驗使我體認，開放心態交流不同想法，心平氣和的深度討論，是營造舒適團隊氛圍不可或缺的要素；獨自負責Travel The World旅遊樓層的檔期包裝，除了線上向目標客群曝光主打商品外，更透過樓面無預警的兒童烏克莉莉演奏會及夏威夷快閃舞蹈表演，為顧客營造富有驚喜感的逛街體驗，創造美好感受。

SoundOn一直是我喜愛的Podcast平台，誠摯希望能夠進入貴公司，成為團隊的一員。秉持將Podcast分享給更多人的初心構思數位行銷與營運模式，使Podcast成為更多用戶生活中的一部分，並讓大眾感受到我們對Podcast文化的推廣與用心。

About Myself

Dear SoundOn, 

I am Sean. “Nothing impossible, there is always a way” is the motto of my life. 

I found out that I am interested in the job with brainstorming when I was in college. Even though creations always take lots of time and patience, the process of finding answers from books or discussing with teammates is my favorite part. 

Both “我的老台北” and “那些你不敢跟老闆說的事”are the podcasts made by SoundOn that I enjoy during my day. Learning new stuff through podcasts while I am working out, commuting and doing housework is enjoyable. I can always find a podcast that fits my mood and condition. There are so many worthy programs and concepts on the platform. Besides, without too much visual stimulus, I can also focus more on the content and atmosphere of program. 

The mindset of “teamwork” and “creator’s ideal” were my biggest reward when I worked as a marketing in SHIN KONG MITSUKOSHI. Collaborating between departments is crucial for such a huge department store. To maintain the team morale, communicating with others in a gentle and friendly way is the key. Also, as a person in charge of the proposal, TRAVEL THE WORLD. I tried to not only highlight our product, but make our customer touched and impressed. Therefore, I held the Children Ukulele Concert and Children Hula Flash Mob on floor without notice to surprise our customers. At the moment, I understood that the best feedback is the smile from our customers. 

SoundOn is my favorite podcast APP. I hope I have the chance to join the team and conceive the ideal plan of platform marketing and operation to increase the number of users. It is meaningful to share the culture of podcast with more Taiwanese.
