  • 帶領 RD PM、QTC、客服組成 Task Force團隊，直接與論壇上反映有使用問題的使用者接觸，蒐集使用者資料給內部複製和 debug。2020年末全球業務大會上表揚軟體穩定度有提升外，也讓部門開始建立軟體 key-user名單。
  • 與遊戲開發商協作燈效，負責確認遊戲商設計的燈效是否可在裝置上實現，確保軟體能在遊戲上架前支援，上架 8款遊戲。
  • 主導滑鼠軟體功能開發，與 key-user合作開發 rapid-fire功能，增加軟體在電競市場的優勢。

  • 主導 ROG自有品牌軸，RX光學機械軸的開發，與供應商/ key-user/ RD合作將手感數據化，市場反應手感很好(ptt文章)。
  • 主導 ROG第一支商務型電競滑鼠，與設計師和 RD合作有電競規格、體積小但可以久握的滑鼠，獲得 14個媒體獎項。
  • 主導 Cerberus品牌開發，在有限資源下交付出符合市場需求的產品，銷售量增加 1.3倍，2018年產品獲得德國 iF設計獎。

管理歐洲業務、監督客戶應付帳款、審查銷折明細合理性、處理客訴。

  • 因為對銷折邏輯清楚，被指派參與新系統 Oracle的銷折流程定義，讓新系統的銷折流程只需核對，就可自動產出銷折金額。
  • 負責德國/波蘭業務，與國外業務和經銷商主管直接確認訂單細節，因積極提供業務服務，獲得第一屆業務管理師之星。
