Every project is unique, so solving problems is a constant challenge in project execution. It's like running a 100-meter sprint. Managing products is more like a marathon.
After moving into product development, I learned through trial and error that strategic planning is key to a product's lifecycle. Leading the product team in the right direction is most important, even though every step matters.
I enjoy thinking and feel I have a severe "information addiction" common in marketing. I won't miss chances to learn new things and can't go a week without learning or a day without the internet.
