My name is Steven, and as a child I dreamed of becoming a writer. My dream came true now I am a famous writer in my circle and I write not only articles, but also scientific publications. Also like to help people write diplomas, essays, etc. Here I want to share the knowledge that I acquired for myself at university. That you, like me, could properly write scientific papers.

The branches of law can be distinguished from each other according to the life situations they regulate, the subject matter and the method of regulation - but there are also substantial differences between the branches of law from the point of view of the thesis writer. A different approach is needed for a thesis on civil law, labour law or family law, and a different approach for a thesis on criminal procedure or prison law. If we choose a topic in the field of constitutional law, we cannot avoid discussing different issues of legal theory and philosophy. And if you choose a topic for pay for programming assignment, you will have to use mainly foreign-language legal sources for your thesis. One of the key issues in the choice of a thesis topic is whether to analyse a substantive or a procedural problem. Whichever you choose, it is advisable to address the following questions in your thesis:
Judicial case law (court decisions, case-law, collegial opinions, Supreme Court/Courts' guidelines, etc.).
In the case of law theses, the use of sources requires extreme caution, and efforts must be made to check their relevance and timeliness. It is inevitable that as many scholarly positions as possible on a major legal issue should be collated. However, it should be borne in mind that legal scholars from different legal cultures may have significantly different views on similar or the same legal institutions. When analysing normative texts, it is necessary to compare the version of the text in force with the text in force at the time the source work was written.
The Fundamental Law is the highest legal source in the Hungarian legal hierarchy, regulating Hungary's legal order, the fundamental rights and duties of citizens, and setting out the basic principles of the organisation of the state. However, the perception of the Fundamental Law is not uniform within the legal community. For these two reasons (the importance of the Fundamental Law and the criticisms levelled against some of its provisions), it can be said that choosing a constitutional law thesis topic is a noble and courageous choice. Popular topics include: tracing the development of our constitution; critique of the electoral system and electoral law; questions of presidential power; the status of the prosecutor's office and the problem of its subordination to the Government; changes in the powers of the Constitutional Court; the status of foreigners in Hungary; euthanasia, self-determination and human dignity.
Recently, on 15 March 2014, the new Civil Code entered into force, which contains a number of novelties compared to the previous Civil Code of 1959. It may therefore be particularly timely to examine in our thesis the differences between the two private codes. For example, we can examine the new rules on contracts for the transfer of property, special forms of contract (franchising, factoring, financial leasing) or new legal instruments such as the register of credit securities, trusts or compensation for damage.
The current Labour Code, which has been amended several times since its adoption in 2012, is also a relatively new piece of legislation. Its rules, in my paper writer force since 1 January 2015, have introduced several amendments to benefit parents with children (compulsory part-time employment, "paternity leave", etc.). A worthwhile topic for a thesis could be, for example, to examine what opportunities and benefits the labour law rules provide for female employees, or for employees with young children, and how they ensure equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the world of work. Other popular topics include an analysis of the liability of employers and employees for damages, labour disputes, the system of collective rights and the rules on collective redundancies.
