• 您好，我是阮琇瑩，來自嘉義，畢業於國立成功大學分子醫學研究所，個性外向、熱情，喜歡繁忙、有挑戰性的工作，學習力佳、抗壓性高，具有上進積極的學習態度， 更熱於研究新事物。  

【求學經歷】 

• 於五專四年級(等同於大學一年級)加入分子生物實驗室。學習各類基礎分子生物學實驗方法，且進行專題研究，分析磷酸化F蛋白在乳癌中扮演的角色。
• 於五專五年級(等同於大學二年級)順利考取醫事檢驗師證照，並獲得畢業生績優學生獎，且利用大學同等學力資格順利考上國立成功大學分子醫學研究所。碩士則著重於磷酸水解酶的研究，經由生長因子或是營養物質的刺激以及藥物抑制等，進而研究癌症中時常失去控制的訊息傳遞路徑。 
• 於研究所時期，所上專題報告表現優良而得以代表分子醫學研究所至醫學院參加研究日報告，且獲選為國立成功大學醫學院研究日優秀論文獎。 
• 於求學期間，不僅做好學生的角色，認真的進行實驗研究、文獻研讀，更接手了實驗室管理職務，成為實驗室的管理人，負責ISO實驗室認證、實驗室耗材採購報帳、藥品及儀器維護等行政事務。

【未來展望】 

• 除了具有醫檢專業知識以外，我已投入研究領域邁入第五年，對於生醫藥領域充滿熱忱，也認為自己積極進取的態度有助於未來的工作發展。未來進入職場後，勇於面對挑戰，且仍保握每次學習的機會，期望有更好的發展。 

My name is Siou-Ying, Ruan, I hold a master's degree with a major in Institute of Molecular Medicine which was awarded by National Cheng Kung University in 2021. I am adaptable to any new challenge and work multitasking. Also excel in time management, detail orientation, independent thinking, problem resolvability and welling to work with the team.

To contribute to the biotechnology and medical industry, I joined the laboratory. In terms of professional ability, in addition to the basic knowledge of biotechnology, mainly focusing on cancer research, molecular biology, cell culture, and animal experiment.  In my education processes, I learn the most important thing is whether I have the ability to ask why, search for literature, gather information, design methods, and resolve problems in experiments, in addition to basic knowledge.

Except for researching, I also managed the laboratory, assisted the members of lab to figure out the problems, and did administration affairs. Above of these made me be a responsible person.

Devote 4 years in biomedicine research,  I believe my experience makes me a good candidate to this position. I’m confident that I’m the person you are looking for.
