  • Responsible for the implementation, administration, liaison and coordination of human resource systems projects in meeting all professional standards for human resource systems development and implementation.
  • Responsible for creating, analyzing and mining business data to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points using a variety of techniques and tools, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining and engineering virtual HR dashboards for the global population of 50, 000+ employees for the Executive board.  
  • Rich experience of writing SQL queries, Views, Materialized views, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, system reference cursor and Dynamic SQL.
  • Successfully engineered, developed and implemented the current project field level HCM system used on all North America onshore projects. This application improves and automates all aspects of the daily routine of the representative. Key features include: 
    • Detailed real time reporting. (Headcount, Turnover, Employee Transactions, KPI's and Absenteeism) 
    • Generation of all required forms required for employee transactions.
