My name is Teddy Lin, and I come from Miaoli, Taiwan. I am 39 years old and hold three master's degrees. I specialized in Industrial Management at Chung Hua University in Taiwan, Environmental Science and Management at Samford University in the United States, and Computer Science at National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Data Science and Engineering at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. I have a keen interest in sports and exploring new things. On a personal level, I enjoy taking on challenges and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
With over 17 years of work experience, I have been actively involved in supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), and Quality Management. Ensuring employee safety and product quality has been paramount in my roles. In my current position, I am responsible for driving and implementing ESG initiatives, recognizing its significance in enhancing corporate sustainability.
Over the past few years, I have acquired certifications as a Lead Auditor in Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and CSR. Additionally, I hold top-level licenses for occupational safety and environmental standards in Taiwan, along with a CSR auditor license for the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). These credentials establish me as an expert in the field.
Apart from my extensive expertise, I bring strong research and development capabilities to the table. My proficiency in utilizing AI technologies enables me to effectively solve complex problems. I am confident in contributing my CSR/ESG skills, leveraging my experience to optimize company practices. I am not only bringing innovative ideas from my previous roles but also a genuine passion for CSR/ESG management.
