Enthusiastic customer service representative with two years of retail experience responding to all manner of customer inquiries. I was contracted from 2010-2015 in excellent standing as an independent trip leader for VBT. My main function was to accompany tourists through Italy in a guest service capacity.
This included, but was not limited to, the following:
Leader Responsibilities
As a leader, my primary role was to ensure the guests experience the best vacation of their lives and I put customer needs ahead of my own at all times. I had to have exceptional people skills and social leadership to bring guests of diverse backgrounds together.
I would organize group presentations on various topics (safety, cycling skills, foreign language, daily routes etc) and would offer language translation assistance where applicable, and represent VBT in a professional manner.
Leader Qualifications
I like engaging with people and share my knowledge and discoveries. The fact I am fluent in English and Italian and am familiar with customer service expectations helps me to make an excellent rapport with the customers and get great feedback. I have excellent communication and leadership skills, strong teamwork skills, energy, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, creativity, and attention to detail.

I am a critical thinker and problem solver with 2+ years of experience in the logistics industry. With OVS I brought accuracy and quality to warehouse operations. I also worked in the retail side responding to all manner of customer inquiries in a professional manner with excellent communication and customer service skills. Monitored stock levels and wrote timely order supply requests to replenish merchandise. Delivered excellent service, greeting customers warmly and delivering faultless assistance throughout store visits.
