  • 碩士論文:雙層T型閘極對於三五族半導體高電子遷移率電晶體在低雜訊放大器下的應用。
氮化鎵具有寬能隙、高電子遷移率、高電子飽和速度等特性,因此氮化鎵開始被應用在低雜訊放大器上。在低雜訊放大器元件中,有一個重要的指標為噪聲係數(Noise Figure),噪聲係數代表雜訊的大小,係數越小則越能代表該元件雜訊越低。藉由噪聲係數的公式中,能得到閘極阻抗和寄生電容對於係數有極大的影響。若要改善寄生電容,則必須使閘極線寬縮小,但因為縮小線寬會讓閘極金屬範圍縮小,也意味著閘極阻抗勢必得上升。從上面結論中,可以知道兩者是具有互相抵觸的部分,因此,我的實驗理論是在傳統T型閘極上面再墊一層金屬,形成雙層閘極結構。此結構具有小線寬的特性,且因為墊高一層較大的金屬也可以使得閘極阻抗下降,另外閘極距離源極和汲極的距離也更遠,也讓寄生電容不會大幅增加,故藉由此結構可以最大幅度的縮小噪聲係數。

藍天社冬令營隊-總務

這次營隊是要去新竹少年之家舉行為期四天的營隊活動,而總值股是負責營隊的統籌,負責讓營隊能夠順利運行。因此在營隊剛成立時我們需要規劃四天所有活動,和少年之家達成初步合作確保能夠有共識和了解他們希望帶給隊員什麼樣的活動。除了上述的事情,總務還需要另外編列預算並規劃預算的運用。在營隊期間,我們必須了解每個股的狀況和活動進度並提點進度。除此之外,總務需要收集各股的發票收據且還要詳細紀錄,需要時時計算結餘和預算的部分,不能有任何偏差。營隊進行時也要注意股員和小隊員的狀況,確保活動能夠順利進行。最後結束時也要重新整理所有發票並且重新記帳。藉由這個職位,我不僅學到團隊分工合作,也養成細心的這個特性,並時時提醒自己。
