  • Proactively supported the project of designing a brand-new APP for IoT Solutions with RD, PM and designer, and finalized design system, functional map, UI flow, wireframe, UI design in a month.

SiMPNiC Smart Home (IoT) Solution Kits & APP

  • Background: Costco Japan visited us at Computex 2018 because of good impression for our demo house at the show and they purchased around US$260K order immediately. 
  • Challenge: we had to customize a brand-new APP for IoT starter kit sold in 13 chained stores in Japan just in two months. 
  • Role: Product Marketing, Project Leader of product promotions, Branding. 
  • Contribution: Defined design pattern of the APP, processed functional map, UI flow, wireframe, designed interaction demo house displayed at the stores, tutorial video, cross-functional communications.

APP Design

Mission: we were requested to release both iOS and Android APPs in two months in order to get approval from customer. 
  • In the end, we finalized 5 main features and 40+ user interfaces on time.
