After I joined ASUS, I participated mechanical engineering in the notebook project : UX510 and E203NA. The shell of UX510 is made up of aluminum skin and plastic bone, and E203NA is made up all plastic. In the process of development, we not only check the accuracy of the product, but also make a design change to conform the internal and external specification. I learned the application of metal stamping mold and plastic injection molding mold, and solve problems with cooperation and foundries, that may drawing and process can be supplement each other.
