Task Server: 組合數個commands，對每一個stage item帶入變數或設定全域變數，並且可以同步或異布執行
Time Server: 設定時間資料，判斷一個時間有沒有符合設定規則
Schedule Server: 每一秒監控排程條件，時間資料給Time Server，符合時間執行對應的Task
