• I primarily managed mobile devices, overseeing mobile web, iOS, and Android, with additional responsibility for the search features. Here's a concise overview of my key projects:
  
  1. Swipe to Redeem:
  - Facilitated ticket redemption without the need for an account login.
  - Resulted in multiple tourist attraction contracts signed in Japan and Singapore, expanding market share for KKday.
  
  2. App Clips:
  - Pioneered the introduction of App Clips in the Taiwan travel app market.
  - Led the development and collaborated with marketing to secure contracts with Taipei Zoo and Taipei Arena.
  
  4. Sim Card/Wifi Theme Pages:
  - Conceptualized and built theme pages for wifi and SIM card products.
  - Achieved nearly a 50% higher conversion rate compared to the standard search user flow.
  
  5. New Product Categories:
  - Collaborated with market PMs to revamp product categories for various countries.
  - Ensured a logical and user-friendly search flow across markets.
  
  6. New Homepage Redesign:
  - Redesigned the homepage to align with new product categories and also satisfied the demands of marketing promotion from various markets.
  - Resulted in a significantly higher conversion rate compared to the previous design.
  
  7. Keyword Searching:
  - Collaborated with the search team to enhance keyword functionality.
  - Implemented a series of keywords to improve product discovery even with minimal input.
  
  8. Vtags:
  - Responded to requests for individual theme pages for diverse product categories.
  - Introduced V-tags to label and organize all product categories upon publication.
  - With V-tags, users can filter more specific products that fit their needs. the conversion rate and time were significantly better compared to the old search flow without the specified filter.

• urclass is a platform that helps parents to find a suitable after-school or summer/winter camps for their children. It's a start-up, My role is a Product Designer and Product Manager. I built the whole website from scratch, including user researches, user flows, roadmaps, user interface design, payments, and version controls.
  
  Accomplishments:
  - Gross Income: 1 million NTD in the first 2 months
  - the percentage of user dropping during the billing process decreased from 17% to 9%
  - the mistaken payment decreased from 1-2 cases per day to 0 cases.
  - the conversion rate of membership increased by 2%
  - the average time spent on the sites had increased from 1 min to 3 mins
  - the average page views had increased from 2 pages to 4 pages.
