As a Creative Designer at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, my role involves attempting to reshape public perception of design within government contexts, which is often regarded as unappealing. To me, this challenge represents an opportunity to shift the paradigm that government-related design must always be rigid and uninteresting. I approach this task holistically, commencing from scratch, which includes data collection all the way through to the execution of the design.

My responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining the consistency of the look and tone of The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel brand. I filter the workload of job requests from various departments and then distribute them to the team according to the project calendar. I am involved in conceptualizing new materials for daily advertisements, seasonal promotions, greetings, and branding, such as websites, stationery, packaging, uniforms, and accessories. I also handle The Hermitage's sub-branches, including restaurants, bars, and lounges, to create food menus, seasonal promotions, packaging, greetings, stationery, and accessories (L'Avenue Restaurant, Courtyard Café, Hermitage Lounge, and La Vue Rooftop Bar). Additionally, I am responsible for corporate photography needs, including live event coverage, food photography, product photography, corporate stock photos, and more.

I actively participate in the entire production process, from concept to the delivery of the final products. In my role, I'm also responsible for creating advertisements that promote the events to reach a broader audience.
