Autobiography

My name is Kris, with master’s degree in Energy and Refrigerating Air-Conditioning Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Kaohsiung University of Science. Besides my major, I have also taken a lot of courses related to semiconductor like integrated circuit, manufacturing process and equipment, which have prepared me well for the career in the field of semiconductor. I consider myself a self-motivated and problem-solving skills person, and I am excited with the opportunity to showcase my technical skills with your company.

During mandatory military service, I had served at Substitute Service Training Center as a Division Leader where I Leading about 50 team for training around 200 new Substitute Services Draftees, and be schedule to prepare reports to management. The experience also taught me how administration efficiently.

Moreover, I was not only active in the university and graduate but also a lot of experience in part-time job. The experience brought me into contact with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, helped me gain more insights about the importance of applying technology into work and work ethic.

First, I have Stress Tolerance and Adaptability. In past jobs, I must get into the swing of things and learn a lot of things for about a month to two months.

Second, I have Teamwork and Leadership. I am a Division Leader during mandatory military service. I am Leading about 50 team for training around 200 new Substitute Services Draftees in Substitute Service Training Center.

Third, I have Initiative and Work Ethic. In past jobs, I always spend a lot of time at work, and try to make the best of everything. I spend average 12 hours on the job.

Although I am a novice in this field, my goal is to find a position where I can use the experiences and strengths I have. Ultimately, I would love to assume more management responsibilities and get more involved in business strategy. With my experiences and profession in part-time job and full-time job before, I believe I am ready for this position, and I will definitely develop myself to keep pace with the changes of the era in this field.
